:: Blow hot blow cold ::Besides describing a feeling, it's more applicable to the weather over here in Melb... it was a low 24 degrees yesterday whilst its 34 degrees today... call it crazy...
Been bk here for 1.5 wks... here are a list of things which basically sums up my activities here....
- Shift house (for myself and my friends) and gettin it under living conditions.
- Watch VCD brought bk by Viv, SERIALS... so lou and i are like consistently accomodating our lives and activities to maximise viewing time haha... think its driving Su nuts!!! on top of the taiwan/HK/Spore Mediaworks collaboration that i am watchin with Lou, i am also watch another Taiwan serial.... Eve is serial mad now, and i forsee lots of serial watchin with the gang this semester hahah
- Swimming @ Su's & Lou's new apt....
As you can see it does not include any studying or sch but that will be added to the list very soon, considering that its the first day of sch today... and i am writin this in the sch comp lab... still no internet access at hm as yet, hopefully soon....
spoke to SW last night, and we are planning a Sydney-Melb-Sydney trip!! so exciting!! she has two wks break, so i suggested for her to come down to Melb over easter wkend (hint hint: its her bday on easter sunday, so you guys in Spore know wha to do yah.... hehe) and then Su and I and those interested will go to Sydney for a 4-5 day trip!! yippie... more updates to come :)

:: To go or not to go ::Somehow i feel kinda sad going bk this trip, dun know why either.... kinda hv mixed feelings, glad that i am going to spend my last sem there (partially feelin that i dun wan this to end, whilst can't wait to get it over and done with to come bk to work)
Gonna miss my home church here... the people that gave me the spiritual support... the people that brought Godly joy everytime we hung out... the good sermons that i am so used to gettin from the Pastors.... the vibrant worship by the Creative Ministries....
Last but not least, my parents' pampering haha... my dad's experiments with coffee, my mum's cooking ( specifically Jap cuisine )

Went to Doreen's place tonight for dins... besides the food being the center of attraction, she was the other distraction...
Mickey!!! Ain't she a sweetheart.... awwwwwww She follows Doreen everywhere she goes.....

Whenever i think abt this particular word, i am always reminded by this phrase in the movie Moulin Rouge spoken by Christian (Ewen McGregor = awwwwww)...

i feel that many fail to see the bigger picture of love... love is not just restricted to your partners, its also love for your friends and family... let us spread our passionate love to those that we love!!

:: Happy CNY !!! ::Have been cooped up at my Guilin place for quite a number of days during the CNY period... visitation to relatives was minimal, whilst visitation to friends' houses were all in order...
Had cell reunion dinner... it was a S-P-R-E-A-D
Everyone gathered round the table eating... Renee showin how much she loved the food, i mean fellowship... hehe
Half the spread, the other half is on the other table....
CNY tradition in Spore is to have YuSheng ..... where everyone tosses a raw fish and salad mix...
Btw, if you look closely, there's a half eaten pizza still in Sujia's left hand!!!!

We celebrated our cell leader's bday as well... might as well since we were all there... haha
Have i mentioned tha gal friends are important? Though we cannot hold down all the friends in our lives, but i am sure sme of my gal friends will always be there for me... i wanna be able to hang out with them still when i am married, with or without our husbands around... its not a taitai thing but more like "the good old times"...
Speakin of which, one gal friend is comin back from lian bang tmrw!! can't wait to see her pics....

:: Fishing anyone??? ::We went fishing today... nope not actual fishing but this shop called "Gone Fishing"
Its a nice relaxing place where people can just gather and catch up with friends... well, we went there to "roar" the place down with our laughter... Started of with a game of scrabble which ended in a abrupt manner (basically we gave up and decided to change game... haha) then it was Jenga time!!!

:: Retrozzzz ::The party that we have been waitin for finally happened last night...
A surprise farewell party that was not totally surprising at all.. haha...
Su and I started photo takin session whilst others were puttin up the deco.. hehe
Eugene and Sujia.... must say Eugene's outfit takes the kick!! reminds me of principals in those days....
After dinner, we started off with a quick round of games... to get everyone relax... at this pt we hv not revealled that its Sin Wee's farewell party....
Then we had a "come up with most Sin Wee (also know as SW) jokes".... to name a few:
- Where is SW's fav shopping mall?? Ans: Sin Da Cheng (Suntec city)
- What is her fav boyband?? Ans: WeWe

:: First day of holiday ::Today marks the first official holiday for this summer break... coz eve is no longer working!! yeah!!! so wha did she do?? Miss Ho took the aft off to share this special day with eve... Wha better way then to start off with makan at Angus house...

Aft a delicious lunch..we do wha gals do best... shop!! looking for accessories to match the outlook for the retro party this friday...Eve has offcially gone gaga over pretty shoes.... she just added another one to her collection...
Had a conversation with a guy friend and realised that shoppin and keeping stock of our wardrobe is an art for gals....
for example if we wanna get a pair of shoes, these are the things that we have to ponder upon:
sports?
heels? (platform, high ones for elegence, short ones for casual)
flats? (pretty ones, the sporty ones, sandles, slippers)
boots? (high heel, short heel, knee length, ankle length)
trust me the list can go on and on.....
