i am jealous! whilst the gals are happily holidaying in Melb and then Syd... i am "stuuuck" in Spore as one of the gals would put it >.<Come back quick! The both of you! Looking forward to more girrrly gigggles ....
On a totally different topic... i have concluded that overdosage is the only "cure" for me now... i will listen to his songs over and over again till i eventually get sick of it...
For some, eventually seems too far away...
my deepest apologies... you guys have to put up with my "i am his gf" nonsense till then... haha

Public holidays are good... it allows you to do things that you have always wanted to but yet not able to accomplish on your "normal routine"Stepping into the kitchen to cook is one of the things i truly enjoy... cooking for those i love... gathering a huge group of people around the dinning table... chatting on serious topics or just making silly comments and jokes... yup, the dinning table is definately a place of fellowship...
I miss those days in melb, where we used to squeeze 6-8 of us in the small square dinning table (think mahjong table size) at Bouverie, or the big longish one at City Gate... Dinner with the cell tonight brought back those fond memories :)
I have had thoughts of throwing dinner parties (as seen in ang moh movies, where the hosts puts on nice formal dresses etc) not too far back in time... but coming back to reality, the gathering of friends round the table is more important than the fancy smacy stuff.
*Mental note: Get a nice huge dinning table for my future home*

i kinda sense what the real issue is. It is about trust. We have been ask to give our trust, but i think it is not the same when it comes to others. Even to the little things, its about trusting others... not being so uptight about leaking out information...Just as you have trusted God to bring you through the valley of darkness... place your trust in others too...

Lee Hom's concert was excellent... The 6 (paid) + 2 (FOC) of us, all hyped up, trooped off to the concert at Indoor last night... Personally, i felt that he din exactly get into the "feeeeling" in the first couple of songs... but soon got into the flow of it aft he started playin on the baby grand piano... Brillant showmanship.... so much musical talent *sigh*
Anyways, really liked the bangs previously, and it has started to grow out....so i went out to get it shortened + treatment (Flat hair today, puffy hair tmrw)
See it whilst it lasts...
Irregardless of how bad the week was, how bad a mood i had been the whole day due to various crisis and pressure (both internally n externally)... all of that was gone on friday nite when i met up with the Supper cell. All the laughter, all the jokes (even though the joke was on someone that was not present) made me feel at ease... All the insecurities just faded away. Thanks guys for accepting who i am... Thank you Father, for placing each and everyone one of them in my life... Thank You for reminding me that I am precious in Your sight (Psalm 116:15)

yes i am bk from a 2 week break in the hot hot hot weather of Italy... considering the amount of autumn wear we brought, i needed to go shopping (but we din! we just did laundry instead)Have tons of pictures, am still arranging them so tha's gonna take a while... patience okie :)
Have also gotten in to the habit of drinking espresso shots... yesh.. pure coffee which i used to shun... but now learn to appreciate it... lower calories too!!
One thing that i did learn fr the trip though, is to really relax and take my time. Though i had enjoyed that kind of life in Aust, it never did occur to me to "execute" that in my current lifestyle in Spore. To take time off just for myself, not just to be rushing from one place to another, not to pack my wkends with endless activities. That should not be the definition of "fulfilled life".
Bk at work for only a week, and i feel that as though i need another holiday again haha.. Burnt out from the endless meeting and presentations in just one week... totally unbelievable....
