Reporting in from the land of wulu Perth... The flight here was fantastic... Ade and i got great seats towards the front of the plane...stayin at winthrop's place tonight with ade, sending then to the airport at 5.30am!!! after which we will be just in time to pick up Belle and ZH from the arrival hall...
dun think there will be pics from entries posted from Perth, coz i din bring my camera cables... but definately more exciting events to look forward to!!!

:: Thank You ::I am officially 26 years old, okay i am not as happy as compared to my 18th and 21st bday.... but still...
Spent my bday sendin my much loved gals to catch their flights... it daunted upon me that it might be the last time tha i will be driving you gals around in Melbourne... I loved the road trips, the car karaoke singing sessions, the laughter of people getting car sick especially from other passenger's leg shaking habits... these will be stored deeply in a compartment labelled "Melbourne" in my heart...
Spent the evening with other gals which really helped me through my course here... Chanida (my offical lecture notes collector in first and second semester) and Onn... it was a really good meal... and we will continue the Thai feast in Bangkok okie...
Drove around after droppin the gals off... I have always loved driving alone at night, looking at the beautiful lights, running some thoughts through my mind... i felt heavy hearted for a while, knowing that it is also the last night here in Melbourne... but slowly coming to terms that this also marks a new phase of life...
First and foremost, I wanna thank God for bringing me here... to teach me that wha i planned to do here may not necessary be His plan for me...
Secondly, I wanna thank my parents for their continual support and encouragment...
Thirdly, I wanna thank all of the gals...
1) you for the great video presentation, I realised tha you forgot abt gyming photos but then again it was not really possible... coz we dun have...

3rd (Surprise) Celebration: My OCF cell group came over to Su's place with a cake and flowers for my bday cum farewell party... Thanks guys!! It was a very sweet gesture to come all the way and the cake was really unique!! Cheese cake without cheese... its been replaced by yoghurt!! no more fats!! It was a good time of sharing as well, thank you very very much... Missing from the pic is Su (taking the picture) and Jason (dun know where he was) and pls excuse the (extra) Louise... hehe
2nd Celebration: With Monash friends. They bought me a cool, pink Mooks bag and a *tadah* Monash T-shirt!! haha... I will always remember that significant gift!!!
1st Celebration: Lou, Me and Sofia at Meshiya... Not many pics from this dinner as i forgot to bring my camera... other attendees includes Vivien, Su and Jason... Not surprisingly, we adjourned to *ahem* karaoke after the dinner...hahah

He was my travelling companion, bringing me on public transport to my extra cirriculum classes... My Santa clause, meetin my demands on things i wanted..
We would argue over homework... but being the brillant father he was, he decided to pay for people to tutor me....
Not that i am much older:
He is still my financial provider haha.... My Santa clause (still) !!
We would argue over bigger matters.... both wanting to do things our way... but at the same time, gettin better at expressing ourselves.. haha
In conclusion... I love yah daddy...
On a gloomier side... eve is grumpy today coz she din get enough slp last night... ><

Somehow, when you are not rushing assignments or meetin your exam study schedule, you are not tired!!!
Wide and awake at 4 am in the cold weather of Melb...
Thinking that all this will be over in a week's time is so surreal.... I am so not ready for it yet...
Besides givin up the much preferred cold weather...there's also my little single bedrm apartment which i have spent in the last 4 mths, enjoying a new and different experience of independence...
Started packin up some of the things that i am sending back home... hating the packing and certainly not lookin forward to the unpacking... thinkin of gettin a mini rm overhaul which equates to more packing and unpacking... why am i doing this to myself!?!? hahah
Whilst packing i start to think of the times we've spent... i am not sure if i can do without it for now... may experience withdrawl symptons... for now i know for sure, galfriends are important part of my life here... each and everyone made a difference and impacted my life.... Thank you and I love yah all...

:: Wine and dine ::The Melbourne Good Food and Wine exhibition was on yesterday and today... was told my a friend who visited it yesterday that it was good, so i rounded up some of my uni mates to go today....
It was wine GALORE!! wineries from all over Australia were present... for a small fee of $5, you can purchase the tasting glass.... only certain wineries offered plastic cups for tasting... but with the glass, you can taste ANY wine... (my friend went a bit overboard with the tasting yesterday... tha's how attractive it is....)
oh yes, there was food too... it was not so much of gourmet food, but like daily convenience food...
ALCOs unite!!! Actually Nina (on the left) does not drink....
Desert wine tasting talk... This is where eve realised that she totally does not have a liking for desert wines, especially Port... They are just TOO sweet for me...
Went over to Spring St library to send comfort food to the gals....
Frustration sets in... Hang in there gals... it will all be over on Wed okie *hugzzz*
Whilst Su takes a "stoning" break, Viv continues to work those brain cells....
Eah how come there's no one at the study table? Oh everyone's on a "Everybody loves Raymond" finale break..

Why are all Sass & Bide T-shirts so expensive!!! Its like a hot item, everyone is bidding for it.... I know that the original price is about 90 ord.. but the bids go up to at 80!! oh well, my friend told me that it is not all that great, the quality is not extremely good...

This is wha i will be doing in the next few days (beside packing things to freight home, making arrangments for things to be shifted back to their owners and new owners).... Its quite un-eve to play computer games like these, but i am such a big fan of the tv series SO..... If i dun pick up my phone when you call me in the next few days, i am either in the lab or interrogating a suspect...

because i got woken up so frequently in the past 3 hrs, i decide to take a break and come online...
Came home and went to bed at 11am this morning, after a hearty breakfast of Subway...
11.30am my classmate called to make changes to tmrw night's plan.... talked for at least 10 mins..

2.30pm the plumber came to check the toilet...

1) I am always so anxious about my first paper, that i have problem sleeping well... no matter how early I try to go to bed... I am super sleepy now...
2) A shopping trip is essential after every paper... if it is a bad paper, you wld drown yourself in shoppin to make yourself feel better... if it is a good paper, you would add more fulfillment to the day buy gettin something.. The shopping trip will go on regardless of how tired i am, regardless of how short the shopping time may be....
Went shopping with Chanida aft my paper today, and I came home with a $10 roxy wallet.. haha... impulse buy, but it will certainly be in use....
Everyone should watch this episode of Oprah, it shows how people act when they are in love... Tom Cruise still look so hot after so many years *dreamy sigh*...

Have not gone to bed yet.. still up and workin on the resubmission design proj.. should take another hr or so to completion (i hope)
Had breakfast... held a warm cup of drink and stood at my window... looking out onto the streets, lettin the cold morning breeze into my living rm... Its not exactly sunny out there right now... just bright enough to see the buildings... with a slight fog...
The streets are buzzin with trams, cars, bicycles and people walkin to work... I can see a couple sittin outside the cafe just a street away, probably having their breaky...
Mornings are beautiful... esp winter mornings... I've always loved winter mornings, since Perth... but have not spend much time enjoyin it.. coz its always spent under the bed, in the security of warmth...
Its a beautiful sight, with a reminder that God's promises are new EVERY morning.... its the beginning of a NEW day.. with new Word and experiences that He has laid out for us...
I will miss Melbourne... (if i had not said it yet, but yes I will miss this place)

:: Sentimental day ::Today i attended the last lecture/class for my Masters course... It was indeed a joyous occasion, however i kinda feel sad at the same time... it marks the end of my 1.5yr break.. end of my time here in Melb... end of my academic life (hmmm PHD anyone?? haha).. the last time that i am going to step into a lecture theatre...
Though my time in melb has been short (come to think of it, i actually only spent 12 mths in this winterland) .. it has been eventful... God has shown me more of myself, parts which i have never discovered before... it includes both the good and bad sides.... Some which He wants me to develop more, some to remove totally...
I wished the strong bonds which have been built this semester could hv been started earlier... But i am sure God has a purpose for them to develop only now...
:: Comfort food ::
You know that stress levels are high when you come home from the supermarket with groceries, of which more than half are comfort food... choc, chips, nuts... the unhealthy stuff... but they keep you happy and awake....
Confirmation of stress comes in the forms of pimples too... arrgghh... mine is called C.P for now.. Case Pimple... Apparently, i am not the only one that suffers fr this kind of unsightly confirmation...
With so much going on right now... I must say that God is REALLY GOOD!!
I kinda got into trouble with one of the design project which i submited... My biggest worry was that he wld fail me without allowin a resubmission... but after several emails with the lecturer, i am allowed resubmission... I dun think it will take too long for me to do it...
My exam case is super crappy!!! One of my units is Case Studies whereby you are given information about the company and the industry... and you are suppose to find out the core problem and make appropriate recommendations...
For this exam, we are given the case to study through first and will be given questions about it on the exam itself... Of all things, my lecturer had to give a "Hungarian Tire" company as the exam case... Besides the fact of knowing nuts about the tire industry, it's such a historical driven case... Information overload!!! Readin and digesting the infomation is slow and tedious...
There are many other little things which i can give thanks for... and the list will go on... Its not hard to realise God goodness, take like a few secs and look back at the tiniest happenings of the day and you will realise that God is with you at all times...

Been sleepin at least 8 hrs every night... oh well, while some of you may comment that it is the supposed amount of rest required..but it does not help that you are sleeping so much when you have so much assignment and exam materials to cover...
it certainly does not help that i start sleepin at 3am, wakin up only at 12 noon.. the morning is gone...

my room has turned into a mini laundromat... i simply refuse to invest more into the expensive and inefficient dryer... imagine, 2 dollars for 13 mins!! its ridiculous!!
