ALL K-ed out.... After my long hiatus from karaoke, i finally sang my heart out with Su today (yes! just the two of us) for 4 hours!!! at the end of the session, we sang our old, new, fast, slow, screaming, heart breaking, heart wrenching, body rocking songs that we loved... here's to MORE k sessions babe!!

Just came bk from David Tao concert, it was excellent!!! all thanks to Brenda for the free tics!!!it was quite a interesting situation. I asked if she could help me ask if her client could get me discount... was offered a certain level and i checked ard with everyone, but they could not make it... so in the end i decided not to go...
however on thus, her client called and offered her free tics!! erm actually i was the happier one, coz brenda din even know who David Tao was (she more Gold90fm listener lah)... but she had to go coz she has to give a "post concert" report to client.... haha so in return for the tics, i bought her dinner before the concert tonight...
The stage setup was rather extravagant (a helicopter was placed on the stage) the lightings were good too...
His band was huge!! Besides the normal backup singers, guitarists, drummer and keyboardist (who is also his music director), he brought in quite a couple of violinist and strings ppl... as well as some chinese instrumental musicans... Think quite a few members in the band are Christians, as it was mentioned that they prayed before the concert... Being a great musician himself, he himself performed with quite a number of guitars and he unplug session was just cool... His vocal was just tops!
His concert was a good mixture of his rock cum chinese music + love ballads... Though the audience was rather shy in the beginning, he managed to get them on their feet during certain songs...
Ken Lim was there, so was Wu Jia Ming, who happened to be sitting in front of us...
Initially i managed to smuggle in my camera... managed to record part of "爱我还是他" and took a couple of pics... but i was spotted by a security and had to place my camera under their care :(
Totally enjoyed the night....looking forward to k session with the gals tmrw, yippie!!

We had some spare time before picking SW up from the airport on sunday... so we decided to go for a game of pool.... everyone was in a corny mood and thus let me introduce the 3 out of F4 (wannabe)Left: （朱孝天）猪头饼

Somehow, quite a couple of my (ex) colleagues have started blogging too!! on the MSN website that is.... guess its a good way to know how they are doing now (just like my melb gals) Speaking of melb gals, most of them are coming back soon = karaoke (dance) session!!!... for the earliest one that touched down in Spore over the wkend, it was nice to have dinner with you and catch up on things... it certainly does not feel like i have not seen you for a few months :)
Sometimes its really a wonder why... why why why, i dun understand but should i really bother to try to understand? hmmmm

Its been a madness week!!!The early part of the week started easy and us taking some time off to just attend a media function... felt that it was a good opportunity to gel with the other gals at work as well as PR with clients....
second part of the week was a total nightmare... everything went into full swing and i nearly died... until He came suddenly and poured forth a new and refreshing spirit into my life... things did not get better, but i know that He is in control.... my heart was calmer and i turned to Him constantly... its a wonder why He hides from us sometimes, so that we will yearn for Him even more...
2 more weeks to new leadership... 2 more bossless weeks!!

great great weekend... nothing beats spending the weekend with You... actually, it shld be on a daily basis for that matter :Pit was nice to just chill with the group on friday night, though the numbers were small, but it really lifted my spirits... the jokes and the company just completes it...
today marks the start of a new yet short phrase... its going to be challenging yet exciting!!

Had a great time at my client's place today, we had a brainstorming session with regards to their website... tot only a couple of the product managers wld be there but it turns out that everyone was there.. fr the DM to the trade and telemarketing ppl....its really cool to see and be in the action with clients who can crasp the concept that marketing is not just the product manager's job... everyone in the company has a role in it... and our role in their business is not just to provide booking services, but indeed a partnership.... :)

Managed to get some pics off my friend... Ocean's seen here with Cai Chun Jia after their duet of 小夫妻.... There have been many reports about Ocean's reveal, some have been quite negative whilst others are just cordial... but one thing must be justified, his "live" vocal control is as good as the CD, which is truly a reason to continue supporting him!!

finally satisfied my crave for ice-kachang after two days...
you wld think its easier to get ice-kachang here, but nooooo.....
brought me bk to think how easy it was bk in melb...

okie... i am bored, coz i am home alone on a sunday night... parents are out for a wedding dinner.
it being a sunday night, i kinda dread hanging out late and hence the home staying
CCLT is going well, will be the last lesson next wk... learning alot through the course and making new friends in the class (strangely enough, they are 18 year old gals... wha's with eve and young gals!!! izzit a calling?? hmmm)

Another public holiday yet again... i dun know if i hate this kind of week or love it... its like less working days but then you get more stressed on the days you are working as there are many things to finish off...Went to the reveal of Ocean, Ou De Yang at Padang with Wendy this evening... we had great seats as we had VIP tics!! all thanks to viv... Ocean was not your typical boyish idol, but he's not all that bad too.... he's voice control, when singing live, is as good as on the cd.... Was not too enthu abt before i went, all thanks to a certain comment of "32 year old with two kids" last night haha
The alphabet "F" on my key board is not working all that fine... i have to type harder when i get to that particular letter... humph
