My BIG 30 came and went just like that.Many asked why i was still working on my special day. I wld rather keep myself bz then spending my time sulking abt turning 3-0. Yes i went for a new biz pitch some more. Am surprised at the number of bday wishes on my FB and SMS. I still kept most of my bday wishes from last year. This year with the development of FB, the list was longer. Some of the wishes are are fr peeps who i hv not spoken with in ages, others are whom i hv known professionally.
Was really touched when my colleagues took time to run out and got me a Awfully Chocolate cake, smething which i had craved for quite a number of days. Casually mentioned to my ky and she went out with Russ to get it. I had been requesting for spa vouchers as the office gift for a number of years for now. This year i decided it has to be special, and shamelessly asked for a make over voucher haha!
Think i had been prepping for this big day since beginning of this year. Pushing myself to do things which i had always wanted to, but never actioned on it. I started hip hop classes
There was even a session of street jazz...
I also started on kickboxing classes... tok abt wanting to achieve alot just before i am 30!
Another adventurous thing which i am going to try is wakeboarding! Have always wanted to do it but nv got down to doing it :P Thanks to Miss SEW, who bought me a special voucher!
As i am still in denial, i will still stand by my "30s is the new 20s!"

So i decided to take the test again, this time not applying any of the statements into my work/social life specifically. When we went to Melb, Su played host and brought us ard, doing all the touristy stuff... When she came bk to SG for a short holiday, we played host this time round (even though she's local haha) with an eventful itineraryWe had sunday brunch at Spruce after service...
Followed by a mandatory k session at K-box, where "beyondness of Singing" takes place... :S
Of course, as a groupie she had to go bk and visit her idol at Pump Rm
And last but not least, we went to the Zoo and had breakfast w Ah Meng!
